"Having purchased several motorcycles in my lifetime, and dealing with the ensuing maintenance / upkeep of the motorcycles I have dealt with various sales representatives and maintenance technicians.
I am compelled to write this letter of appreciation to the employees at the Ramsey Waite company located in Eugene, Oregon. More specifically to the following personnel: "Guy" the sales representative, "Branden" and "Sean" who actually serviced my 2008 Yamaha model FJR which was purchased from the RAMSEY WAITE Company of Eugene, Oregon. "We were fortunate enough to have Andrew help us with the purchase of an LTZ250 for our Daughter, Bailey. We got an exceptional deal, and our time from arrival to loading the quad was 30 minutes. We took it out on the sand dunes this evening and the LTZ250 exceeded all of our expectations. This makes for our 4th Suzuki purchase.

"Since 2005 I have purchased (7) seven motorcycles and I have to say the sales staff is one of the best. They made it quick and easy on each purchase. My kids love there V-star 650's and I can't say enought about my 1300 V-star, and the first bike was a Vl -800 Suzuki that my wife now enjoys. Aryn is very knowledgable of factory parts and accesories and provides excellent customer service.
He has always taken excellent care of me and I like dealing with him, he is my best source for parts. Why would I ever go to my local shop when I can buy from you and get the right part the 1st time shipped to my door.

"Hi, I just wanted to say thanks again to Greg Toftdahl for all his help with my recent purchase of a Suzuki V-Strom DL650. Greg was very professional and able to answer all of my questions. I love the bike and am already racking up the miles on it and having a lot of fun. "First of all I'd like to say that I have purchased two new generators and two new motorcycles from you folks. My dealings have been with Greg, the motorcycle salesperson. I remember his dad when he had a cycle shop of his own.. Many years ago.
I have got to give Greg credit for a few things. He gives good advice and works with customers to see that they get what they want and need. My dealings with him have been very fair. The service and parts departments are also very good.
I know like anyone in business, you have got to cover your cost, but I think Greg tries to be more than fair with the arrangements with customers. In fact my neighbor will be getting a new motorcycle also from you folks... Greg is helping him on that deal and trying to get what my neighbor wants. We're looking forward to a weekend ride."

"We came in to inquire about doing a trade-in. Todd, our salesman, was exceptional in explaining to us the process.
In less than 5 days, we had traded in our 2000 Yamaha R6 for a 2007 Yamaha Raptor 700R GYTR edition. Undoubtably the best decision we had ever made.
